Before commissioning:
• Please make sure your files are prepared and ready to mix or that you can at least provide them in a reasonable timeframe before you request a slot• Preferred format would be .wav (mono, 24bit, 44.1khz or 48khz)• Avoid loudness distortion on the vocals and record in the same proximity from your mic throughout the whole song. Please do not apply any effects on or edit your raw takes• If needed, I can change the key of the instrumental provided• Be aware that the quality of the files provided will heavily affect the quality of the final product. Things like excessive background noise, your recording gear and environment, singing very far from the right key or the instrumental being of low quality will affect the final product.

• I reserve the right to deny any order before payment occurs. Reason for denial will often be provided.• The commissions are non-refundable unless I haven't started working on them. A partial refund might be possible depending on the circumstances and how far the project has progressed.
• The prices listed are for non-commercial usage (with the exception of monetized usage in video content on social media and streams), for other usage (e.g. Video Games, Movies, Distribution) and commercial prices please contact me directly through Twitter.• All listed prices may slightly vary depending on multiple factors such as complexity and length.• Listed prices do not include potential transaction fees.• Orders exceeding 150$ can be paid in a 50-50 format, meaning I will start working on your commission after half of the payment is sent and once the order is finished you must send the other half of the payment. Other orders must be paid upfront.
• While the order is in progress, I will be sending you updates. You're welcome to request even major changes in the early stages, but once the commission is complete or If certain ideas were approved by you, I will require an additional fee for larger-scale changes.• If additional information is required and the client is unable to respond in a timely manner (a few days), the commission may be slightly delayed.• Lack of response for more than a 2 weeks period without previous notice as simple as a short message about a delay [besides emergency situations resulting in visible abscence from social media] will result in the commission being cancelled, with no refund given. I will make sure to bump the message once or twice after a few days before such measures in case the message was simply forgotten.
• When in use, you must credit me as the author of the commissioned piece/service unless we previously agreed for other terms due to the nature of the project. The correct way to credit would be linking to my Twitter or Carrd site.• I reserve the right to showcase the commissions on social media or work on them live during streams unless requested otherwise in the form. You may also request to keep showcases anonymous until officially in use.• If you want to distribute the final product to music services (Spotify and such) please contact me in order to discuss options• I reserve the right to continue rejected projects/ideas or use their elements such as melodies for personal future projects or free assets as long as they're not previous versions of the finalized product or significantly resemble it unless requested otherwise (might result in additional fees).• The digital goods will be provided to you via email, Discord, or Twitter, depending on previous methods of communication.• As for Cover Instrumental services I do not take responsibility for any kind of copyright infringement regarding your request. What you are going to do with your finished cover afterwards in terms of publishing is solely your responsibility.• If a fraudulent chargeback is filed, you will lose all rights to using the final product, and it will be re-sold or given away. You will also be blacklisted from further commissions.
